How Precision TX Heat & Air Got Started

Every business has a beginning, and ours started with a straightforward belief: homeowners in Rockwall County and the surrounding DFW area deserved better than what the big HVAC companies were offering. They deserved a team that would show up on time, tell the truth about what a system needed, charge a fair price, and stand behind the work when the job was done.



Precision TX Heat & Air was founded by people who grew up in this part of North Texas and who understood what it meant to be part of a real community. We were not looking to build a company that would expand into every major market and lose sight of the people it started out serving. We wanted to build something local, something personal, and something that the families in Lavon, Rockwall, Royse City, Fate, Forney, and the surrounding cities could actually count on when their heating or cooling system needed attention.

With over 15 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry, TJ has worked on everything from heavy commercial projects to residential heating and air conditioning systems. Holding a Mechanical License from a young age, he brings a deep understanding of the trade, but more importantly, a commitment to quality, reliability, and customer trust. Growing up in a small town, TJ learned early on that a handshake and a man’s word mean everything. These values have shaped his approach to business at Precision TX Heat & Air, where customer service and dependability always come first. He takes immense pride in craftsmanship and ensuring that our customers can rely on our HVAC experts for their comfort and peace of mind. The foundation of this company is built on faith, family, and hard work, principles that inspire TJ every day. His greatest passion is his family, his wife, Taylor, and two sons, Caison and McCoy. As a licensed realtor in the North Texas area, Taylor brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and personal care to every interaction, always striving to help people from all walks of life. Family is her foundation, she and her husband TJ are raising two energetic boys, Caison and Coy, who keep them busy at the baseball and soccer fields.
